Arrival Notice
All Vessels requiring coverage are required to submit a Notice of Arrival at least 96 hours prior to the Vessel’s arrival into the Area of Coverage. To download and complete the required form, please click the link below.
Field Guide
Under the MFSA Vessel Response Plan all Vessels under the plan are required to possess the MFSA Field Guide onboard during their time in the Area of Coverage. The field guide is available as a PDF below.
