An evaluation panel, using the weighted criteria outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP), has completed its review and scoring of all the proposals we received. The proposal submitted by HRS Consulting Inc. received the panel’s highest score. We believe HRS’s approach best supports our objectives for this project. This award is a final decision, subject to the successful execution of a contract following the termination of the required protest period.

Thank you to the organizations who responded to the RFP. We appreciate your participation and interest in meeting this need in the port area.
