MFSA Plan Activation – December 14, 2017

MFSA plan activated for vessel grounding at river mile 55.0. It was outbound  and lost steering. An MFSA ISRC and a Clean Rivers Response Manager responded, mobilizing an OSRV. Clean Rivers completed initial assessment and found no oil in the river. Clean Rivers continued to be involved overnight standby per the (IC) and as an escort as the vessel was moved to berth.
